Unforgettable Road Trip

Early August, I decided to drive with friends to explore the great lakes and the region around it. We left New York City during the rush hour after we planned the spots that we have to see. We spent hours driving between locations so we can capture the most of it.
We spent the first night near Letchworth State Park, we slept for 4 hours to wake up and watch the sun rising over the "Grand Canyon of the East". Then we headed to Niagara Falls where we had our lunch. From there we drove to Toronto to watch the sun setting over lake Ontario. After dinner we drove to Tobermory-Ontario, we reached there after midnight to realize that the the whole town is fully booked! we stayed all night capturing the beautiful sky. By morning we ate breakfast then went to Bruce Peninsula National Park, where we enjoyed the crystal water and the beautiful scenery. By noon we headed back to Tobermory and we crossed lake Huron via ferry, a great beautiful ride reaching South Baymouth to hit the road again to reach our next destination. We spent the night at a hotel near lake Michigan, where we had our breakfast then we went to the Pictured Rocks national Park at lake Superior, we stopped at many waterfalls on the way and we enjoyed the beautiful boat tour. After that we drove to Mackinaw City where we had our dinner, then we drove to Detroit. We Enjoyed Lake Erie on our way back to NYC.
We accomplished so much and travelled thousands of miles in few days. This trip will be always remembered.
